we will raise $55,000 USD in order to purchase a critical piece of land in our collado nature reserve plan before a MArch 1st, 2024 deadline set by the seller due to a competing buyer. with your support we will not lose this critical piece of land for the Collado Nature reserve.

200 acres of land (of a 2,000 acre goal) that will be regenerated, protected and designated as a permanent absolute reserve
more than 75,000 native trees planted
A vibrant biodiversity of flora and fauna including many threatened and endangered species
An exciting amount of life returning into our regenerated areas
Designed to strategically protect an important watershed and insure a future in which water continues to flow through the valley of Collado, Nicaragua

What is the Solorsano Farm property?
45 acres in the middle of a precious wildlife migration corridor
multiple Critically endangered bird species returning to nest
apex predators and rare canopy animals returning
2 years of large scale reforestation

How will the land be secure and protected in the long term?
We are confident and moving toward stable long term success. Vital Actions has a decade of experience in Central America that has fed a strong awareness of legal aspects in land ownership and nature reserve protection and we are in great standing with local authorities who will help solidify the PERMANENCY of the reserve. Boots on the ground stability and day to day protection is secured by our already in place crew of local workers and security team.
Will this be a tax write off?
